Hola to anyone out there. Could be a quiet day on the forum today. Have family from UK here today but I’ll try & sneak away probably for Ben & Woodso at HT 8-)
Could be our 4th piece of silverware today
Adios for now.

Good afternoon my AA Chums from a damp and warm and therefore very humid south Notts.
Its that time of year when I am distracted by lots of bike club events, but today I am free to see how we get on against a team from Mrs C town of birth.

I am a bit excited today thanks to HMRC. I had to apply for an import certificate (NOVA) from HMRC to prove the bike I have spent 2 years restoring was legitimate. ie as its French made, the import duty had been paid. Fat chance of that for the collection of rusty bits I got from a bloke off ebay who lives in Leeds. The bike was one of a few hundred sold in the UK between 1973-6. The seller found the bits in the shed of a house he bought so no paperwork. Well its seems HMRC didn't deem it worth chasing and have issued me a certificate so I can now get it registered, taxed etc!

Anyway, less of this rambling, lets.......

....BRING ON UNITED
